What do I mean sings? Well, I can animate it, but unfortunately not attach sounds….
However, these videos do have songs.
This first one, for those who read the e-arcs or who are waiting for Volume 3 of No Man’s Land, this Erradian Lullaby features prominently in a very emotional scene in it. Therefore I thought it should be shown off.
The next one doesn’t appear in the book, and obviously it’s not an ERRADIAN song (though arranged differently it could be.) I was just thinking of the magicians in their blue cloaks. They march off while the battle shield is still down to try to help the wounded and fix the shields, with the cloaks both a help, because other magicians can find them, and a major liability because people try to kill them.
And it’s been two rough days and I have a headache, so I went ahead and did the song and video.

Very sweet generated music. Can your clankers compose a No Man’s Land tune with cavaquinho sounds, like Júlio Pereira? Or maybe a Fado?I perceived your previous post about your problems with Portuguese pencil-pushers felt painful. My happier memories of the old country have always been associated with their music. Might help you cope too? No pressure, just ideas…

LOL. They’re all so different! Right now I’m going to clean the litter boxes, and do a quick attempt to make the house look less like a slob of a writer lives here.
Then I’m going tot ry to do chapters, and maybe look how to advertise the d&mn book, other than clanker songs…

Really glad you all convinced me that auto litter boxes were the way to go.
We now have *3 large open topped (linked the Amazon pictures awhile ago). Still have two boxes (soon to be combined) in the garage in case a cat manages to get themselves locked in there a bit (no food or water so they typically come in complaining how abusing this is). Son empties those. Thought they weren’t using the both in the utility room. Looked like that the “first clean” one was always used. Since by definition “self cleaning” looked like the second one was a waste of money. No. They are using both. Just one more than the other. Two of the 3 have to be emptied only once a week. The other, twice a week. I do make sure to scrape “bottoms” and sides of all 3 during the week JIC.
(*) No we are not rich. Did not get the $700 version ones. Found (per requirement “**Made in the states”, lower 48, for < ***$200) on Amazon.
(**) “True” or not. At least shipped from with US.
(***) Very simple mechanically, and pieces. No app.
