FWIW, Crunchyroll has an anime this season with an ‘interesting’ take on the Cthulhu mythos. “Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show”. “an original Japanese anime television series produced by Cygames and animated by Studio Gokumi.” Which means I can’t cheat and read the manga ahead of time (darn it.) And yes, Cygames is a game producing company; but I don’t see any games listed that tie into this particular anime.
