Today I’m going to post the two certificates. So, if you were due that (and anyone above $20 was, I think), well, please take it. If you weren’t, please don’t. (Yes, I know some crazy people will take them for nefarious purposes, but those crazy people probably donated to take them for nefarious purposes all so they could “nefar” and I’m not in the mood to even imagine what those purposes would be.)

And if you saw a version of this post with more stuff earlier, you’re right. It’s another fine wordpress day.

Okay, so this first certificate was designed and made by Jack Wylder. You can see why it’s amazing, right?

If you can’t download properly, or you want to get the PDF version, send to the email (SAHSWAG at outlook) and I’ll send it to you.

This one, the fish was designed by the great Caitlin Walsh and I did the rest. Yes, the lettering could be better. In fact the fish and better letters would make an amazing t-shirt. Yes, yes, will get on it, G-d willing in July, yes?

Real post in a little while. I CANNOT explain how exhausted the new glitchy WP makes me.

        No one gives a carp on Saturday.

        (How does one add an oakleaf-cluster to one’s carp certificate? I’m working up to adding swords-and-diamonds …)

  5. I really do not remember what level I donated at but I must say I like the motto on the Hoyt’s Huns certificate:

    Non Sine Disputatione Insolenti

    I am translating that as “Not without a fight” though “Not without a rude argument” fits too. YMMV

  7. WP was being even stranger yesterday. It seems to have settled back to its current annoying self. leans over, taps wood I know that it doesn’t like my older “writing” laptop. The OS is a fossil in computer years (no, not DOS, but close.)

  10. Well, I’m quite sure I’m eligible for the first, as I kicked in at least two tenners (although I gave more to the worthier cause of Rescuing Sarah From Colorado). Downloaded for later nefarizing.

    Sigh… The second would, I fear, be stolen valor, as I cannot recall ever being carped. Such accomplishment is simply not achievable with mere money. I shall attempt to do worse better, although I’m quite sure that I’ll never be able to wallpaper my office with them like some other people around here.

  11. Oh thank you thank you thank you!!! The Hoyt’s Huns certificate is most certainly worth having donated and waited for! I may have to break down and buy a color cartridge for my printer, so that I may do it justice. ;-)
