Winter Glory

In the cold, forested North-lands – redolent with the aroma of pine, shrouded in snow, and prowled by ice tigers and trolls – Ivvar seeks only to meet his newborn great granddaughter.

Someone else has the same plan.

Traversing the wilderness toward the infant’s home camp, Ivvar must face the woman he once cherished and an ancient scourge of the chilly woodlands in a complicated dance of love and death.

The Fugitive Heir

M+M Book 1

“My parents are not dead!”

Everyone thinks I’m in denial, and have been ever since my parents vanished seven years ago. Everyone thinks I should just shut up, and accept the vast inheritance coming my way. Everyone thinks I should let it go, and get on with my life.

Everyone is wrong.

I know my parents are still alive—but if I reveal how I know, it I’ll be drafted into Psi Corps. But my inheritance can fund my search for them.

I didn’t count on deadly opposition from the board of the very company I’m about to inherit. There are powerful people involved who will go to extreme lengths to protect their dark secrets and silence me forever. But those people don’t know about my three wildcards—my rebuilt spaceship, my best friend who doubles as my bodyguard, and the psychic powers I’ve kept secret my entire life.

My parents are alive, and I’m going to find them and save them—whatever it takes.

  1. I reviewed Fugitive Heir, and recommend it. It has a few little twists in it thaat are enjoyable, and missing any jarring elements that knock you out of the scene. It’s a fairly fast read, too, and can nicely occupy an afternoon. I recommend having the teapot close and a plate of cookies or scones nearby to nibble on. Meals can wait until it’s finished, but you might get peckish otherwise.

  2. Words expressing appreciation for hostess for providing this service, to FRO for perpetrating this service, and to the promo’d authors for servicing us.

  3. Looks like I’m going to have to put in a little more overtime. 😉

I can quit buying books whenever I want to, really. Honest.

  4. Yes, indeed, many thanks to all!
Just wanted to say, I beta read Winter Glory. It’s just gorgeous.

  5. You lot put No Longer A Mystery into Hot New Releases on Amazon for Short Teen and Young Adult Reads Written by Right Handed Women Who Own Labradors. It’s second right after How to Build Your Own Power Grid and right before The Deaf Bride. I am duly bemused. This is going to last just a couple hours probably, but it’s awfully fun right now. Thanks! And to Sarah and Jason for the forum.
