I’ve been following it as a reader, and if things are true, some execs should probably be doing a perp walk on Fox soon. I haven’t been part of the publishing industry, but I have worked for places covered by Sarbanes-Oxley, and this is the sort of thing you don’t screw up if you don’t want to be Enron’d.
